OpenROV

Trident

Trident

A Trident Underwater Drone produced by Sofar (Previously OpenROV). It is an incredibly affordable underwater drone with a hydrodynamic shape that allows it to travel 2 meters per second, and is easy to pilot. Though this is not open source like its predecessor, it is a much sturdier design. It has an HD camera, powerful LED ‘headlights’ to illuminate the dark depths of the sea or underwater caves, and offers a full suite of onboard sensors.
